You’re an oven peek-er! Lol I get it, I am too! They really do need a full hour, I’ve even gone over by an additional 15 minutes because I find some frozen potatoes take longer to cook than others. I’m so glad this was a hit at your Easter dinner. Thanks for using my recipe my friend.

Sorry for my delayed response. I was out of the office for the Holiday. It would be fine for a single batch. I generally do a 2 quart dish for one batch.

WOW this cheesy funeral potato recipe was easy and delicious. I made it earlier in the morning and then popped it in the oven before family came over. It does need a good hour to bake though. I kept checking because it was smelling so good. This is another recipe that I’ll be making again!
