I made this yesterday. I marinated the meat about 6 hours turning now and then. I used an old LaChoy marinade recipe I also use for skirt steak, seared it on both sides and turned off middle of grill and turned down side burners to looand covered grill. Twenty minutes later and meat thermometer read 143dehrers. Tented about 15minutes and it was perfect medium rare. It was a big hit with our friends.
