Hi Nick!
Sorry about that! I’ve made this recipe hundreds of times, and it looks like the photo every single time. Did you flip the chicken over after you initially put it in the pan? The “soaked” side needs to be facing up in the oven. Sorry again it didn’t look like my photo. I promise mine turns out like that every single time.
