I made this a few weeks ago for my staff. I bake a few times a month and take my desserts to work for my employees. This cherry crumble coffee cake was such a hit that I am making another one right now for them.

I have to answer you truthfully and I’m just not sure? Jiffy baking mix has other ingredients added in that may require further adjusting to the recipe. Sorry I can give you a clear cut answer to this question. It’s a great recipe and I’d try it with the Jiffy Mix just to see if it works.
