I tried to give this recipe five stars But it would only let me give four. I’m an experience, Cook, but I followed this recipe to the tea. The breading was excellent. The coating was crisp and delicious. When it came time for the gravy, I just used some of the dredge, and because I didn’t wanna waste it I use the liquid even though it had an egg. That gravy was the best I’ve ever made. This was a comfort food meal that was delicious. thank you very much for this recipe. My guest thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hi Diana,
You can always make a substitution for buttermilk by adding 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice to one cup of milk. Hope that helps.

Go Norine! My husband LOVED – he even asked me NOT to buy regular pork chops in the future – he like that it was ALL meat and CRISPY 🙂 Thank you!
