Everything I make from your recipes is ALWAYS a hit with the hubby. These were also really wonderful. I have been really wanting to get away from package pancake mix because we are empty nesters and we would have the package there way past the expiration date. This hit the spot for our once in while pancakes. The instructions were easy to follow and because I follow you on IG when reading your recipes I can totally related to how your instructions are very helpful and funny. Thank you for yet again another wonderful recipe that tastes amazing. Wish I lived near you just to spend one day in your kitchen I think we would have a ball.

I made this recipe for my husband’s work for a fun pick-me-up breakfast; they loved these pancakes so much! The buttermilk gives it that extra fluffiness and richness of flavor that makes them unique. They were a huge hit and they fought over who got to take the few leftovers home.
