This this is amazing! I added all the optional spices but removed the corn because I cannot stand it. Author forgot to add diced onions to the ingredients list on the recipe card so unfortunately that did not make it onto the grocery list (or into the recipe) but it was still really good. I have zero tolerance for spice and this was a little spicy but tolerable for me. However, I only needed to bake mine for 20 minutes so not sure why 40 to 50 is recommended, would have been burnt to a crisp! So thats why it has 4 stars
