Yes it can be! Wrap it in plastic and freeze. Thaw and reheat in the microwave.

Hi Angela!
I’m sure you could substitute dried cranberries for some of the fresh. I will tell you the fresh cranberries are not overly tart in this recipe. It’s a really great balance of ingredients that compliment each other. I hope this helps you out and please let me know how you like this recipe. It’s truly one of my Holiday favorites.
