Hi Dawn!
I don’t think it freezes very well. Between the crust and the eggs it isn’t the most freezer friendly meal. It can be frozen…I’m just not really sure how great it would reheat?

Hi Jeff!
Yes! I’d be happy to. I would do about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper in this recipe. I tend to lean towards the “low” end when it comes to salt. You can always add more, but you can’t take it out. Plus this recipe has bacon, which is always a little salty. Hope this helps. This is a delicious quiche!
