I made this cake yesterday, very good, but a little dry. Maybe 50 minutes was a little too long. I will make again and go with 45 minutes.

Hi Mary!
I apologize for my delayed response. I’ve been taking a little time off to help my husband with his recovery from a stroke. You can make it ahead and freeze it. Just wrap it really well before freezing! I love this cake!
