Which ever brand you prefer! I use both. I just want to be sure they are Green Chiles and not jalapenos!

I use Walmart Brand Salsa Verde. I know…kind of shocking. I’ve tried several out there and this one has the best flavors! I use it in several of my dishes, its just that yummy!

The pork was extremely tender. I’ve read before about searing pork but never thought it would make a difference, so I didn’t ever do it. Well, I took the time today to sear the pork chunks and boy, that pork was amazing! The sauce was mighty delicious, too. I didn’t make Pico or guacamole but hope to next time. Thank you!!
