I’m not sure the marshmallow cream would work. I think it would be too heavy and not give the pie the texture or outcome you’re looking for. You could always try it and let me know.

I’m so sorry I’m late getting back to you. We had a death in the family and I had to drive to Texas to attend the funeral. We just got back and I’m trying to play catch-up! Did you try it the way you asked? I’d love to know if you did and how it turned out? I think you could do it that way, but you’d need to chill it to cool it down. I love this pie and it is perfect to take to a bridge club gathering. More importantly…did ya win?

Will be making this tomorrow so as to take it to bridge club on Wednesday. So seeing as how I am a little old lady and don’t have the strength to whip jello for a long time I was thinking that I could microwave maybe a 1/4 cup of milk to help dissolve the jello and then add to the other 3/4 cup of milk. Any thoughts? Can’t wait to try this.
