I tried this recipe that Norine shared, and was absolutely blown away!!! I do not eat hot dogs. Ever. They have to be IMPRESSIVE for me to even consider it. Wow! Wow! Wow! Now– keep in mind that I can ruin boiling water…I’m am the World’s Worst Cook-My family will vouch for that! The Pastrami Dogs were a huge hit! After meticulously reading Norine’s instructions, making my whole family read her directions so they would know my vision and purpose (seriously– I wanted success, and I knew that I’d need my backup team to keep me on the right path…again I’ll remind you…I usually cook dishes my family has titled “Chicken And Cement”…the list is vast and accurate) I followed her awesome directions, contacted her to clarify– thanks for the personalized boost of confidence, Norine– you rock– THE DOGS WERE A HUGE SUCCESS…And they ACTUALLY looked like hers! We ate them so fast that no pics were taken. But I can honestly say that they were a huge hit and they made me look like a fancy schamncy cook who follows recipes and everything. I didn’t need to call my mom for guidance, I did have help from my son-in-law, and HOLY COW, they were fantastic (a descriptive word not usually used with my cooking). Thanks, Norine!
