If your Dad loves funnel cakes…he is going to devour this peaches and cream funnel cake! I’m a huge funnel cake fan! Which is why I created this recipe! Yes! This would be wonderful with a compote. I’ve actually had it with a strawberry compote and a triple berry compote and both were delicious! So sorry your allergic to raw peaches. That is no fun! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. It’s truly one of my favorite guilty pleasures.
