Hi Shannon!
I&#039;d substitute it with a mixture of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little clove. If you don&#039;t have those spices just add a touch of what you have. This is a really GREAT glaze! It was my husbands favorite part of this roast!

Yes you can use this with a Pork Sirloin Roast. Reduce the cooking time and cook as you normally would to prevent it from drying out. Glaze the Roast the last 20 minutes of cook time. This glaze will be perfect with any type of pork roast.
