Hi Sandy!
Thank you so much for this sweet compliment! It really does mean the world to me. I think all writers doubt themselves from time to time and I know my style is so much different from others out there. I love that you are going to make this recipe your own! Enjoy! Please come back again. Have a Great weekend.
Happy Nesting!

Hi John!
Actually John...what I show is a picture of a PORK TENDERLOIN! Just so you can be better informed...Pork tenderloin is long, round, and thin, while pork loin is a flat, rectangular cut of meat that is much wider, often used for boneless pork chops and roasts. The meat pictured in the photo was in fact long, round, and thin. It was less than 2 inches across and an inch and a half high. The photo is a close up! I can see why you would think it might be a Pork Loin Roast, however, I can assure you, that it is in fact a Pork Tenderloin! I purchased it in a small package that weighed about 1 pound. I don't know of too many 1 pound Pork Loin Roasts. My father was a butcher, I grew up on a pig farm, so I do, in fact, know this cut of meat. I would NEVER take a photo of one thing and profess it to be another. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you now better understand the difference between a Pork Loin Roast and a Pork Tenderloin!

Hi Marie!
Thank you for asking this question. Yes! I made an error in my "helpful" tip which makes it completely "unhelpful" and confusing. You are right...I was referring to "not confusing a Pork Loin Roast with Pork Tenderloins". (Ugh!) I promise I proof read about 10 times before publishing my posts. Sometimes my brain just goes out for a little "walk about". (One of these days it may not return! lol) I buy both at Costco too and I'm surprised how many people do not even know what Pork Tenderloins are? They are so fabulous! Truly one of my favorite cuts of meat. They are delicious in this recipe.
Thank you for stopping by and THANK YOU for pointing out this mistake so I can fix it! I sure do appreciate it. Hope you have a wonderful day and many blessing to you too!
Happy Nesting!

Your tip stating “TIP: Do not confuse a Pork Tenderloin Roast with Pork Tenderloin! They are two different beasts! ” totally confused me. The pork tenderloins I know are skinny fillets and the thicker ones are called pork loins. Are you using pork loins or pork tenderloins? I love and buy both a Costco and actually have both in my freezer and am ready to cook ??‍?. Thank you for taking the time to respond and more importantly thank you for your fabulous recipes.
