Hi Carol!
Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you. I’ve been sick this past week and not able to get into the office. The eggs do not need to be at room temperature but the butter does. Also you could only make half this recipe just be sure to use a smaller loaf pan if you want the height I achieved with this recipe.

Hi Diana!
