I just made the raspberry cream cheese Danish (with fresh raspberries) for my wife who is laid up after ankle surgery. They are delicious and very easy to make. And she loved the surprise!

These are great- they are delicious, look impressive and very easy to make! I made mini ones (12 per puff pastry sheet) and they were a potluck hit.
