Norine, we’ve made these a few things and love them. Unfortunately, I never read the blog, only the printed recipe. And as a good chef (cook) does, I skipped over the discrepancies. However, if you have time, you might want to review the ingredients vs. the recipe and adjust accordingly.

Hi Cathy! I’m so sorry for the discrepancies. I have someone edit and double check for me, but sometimes things get missed. The recipe card is correct and it is ½ cup of sour cream. Yes the half a lime should be in the instructions. I’m going to go make the corrections right now and I appreciate you advising me of them. Hope you enjoy the shrimp tacos. It’s one of my favorites.

Hi, these tacos sounds wonderful! I cannot wait to try them! I did notice a couple of discrepancies in the recipe, though:

1. The ingredient list for the crema calls for 1/4 cup of sour cream but the instructions call for 1/2 cup.

2.The 1/2 of a lime as referenced in the “How to Make” section was not listed in the ingredients or instructions for the marinade.
