Hi Rachel,
I have never made this in a bundt pan, so I say this without actually doing it. I would double it and I would stay close to the same cook time, maybe 10-15 minutes less because you have the hole in the bundt pan that you don’t have in a loaf pan. Would the recipe be doubled for a bundt pan? I assume cooking time would differ as well. I want to try this maybe for Christmas

Hi Karen,
For mini loaves I would bake them for 20-30 minutes. Check them after 20 minutes, but I think it will be closer to 25-30 minutes. Muffins would be 20 minutes. I always press the center and if it springs back, they are done. Hope this helps.
