Hi Kris!
Sorry I just saw this! I’ve had a weekend passing a kidney stone! OUCH!!! I generally use whole milk, but you can use heavy cream for a richer creamier sauce. It sounds like you figure it out, and the dish was enjoyed! Thanks again for trying my recipe.

These were just delicious. Next time I will use less pesto or might leave it out. Loved your cheat Alfredo sauce. I used a 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup whole milk. This is a keeper. Thank you!

Hi Norine, I’m making this today for dinner, for the homemade Alfredo sauce should I be using regular whole milk or heavy cream or a combination of the both. This looks absolutely fantastic and can’t wait to enjoy it with my husband. Thank you in advance.

Hi! I have not tried freezing them however, they have very similar ingredients to Lasagna, as far as cheese mixture, etc. So I think they would freeze without any issues. I’d freeze them. I think it’s a great idea to make them ahead of time for the holidays and have them ready to go. Love that idea!
