Caramel Apple in a Cup
If you love caramel apples but not the sticky mess that comes with them, this Caramel Apple in a Cup is your new favorite fall treat!

- 4-6 cups Apples, washed, cored, and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup nuts, chopped pecans, peanuts, walnuts, or almonds
- 1 6.5 ounce can Whipped Cream
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup additional toppings and candies mini chocolate chips, M&M's, etc.
Wash, core, and cut apples into bite-sized chunks. Place apples in water with 2 tablespoons lemon juice to keep the apples from turning brown. Drain before serving. Place a cup of apples in a clear serving cup.
Serve the caramel sauce warm or cold. If serving warm, place caramel sauce in a small slow cooker, or heat per package directions. Sauce can also be served cold. Drizzle caramel sauce over diced apples.
Top with favorite toppings or candies. Add whipped topping and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
