- 1 8 ounce package-1 sheet Pillsbury Crescent Dough
- ½ 28 ounce package Ore-Ida Star Tater Tots
Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the Air Fryer for Tater Tots.
Cut crescent roll dough into seven ½-inch thick lengthwise strips. Place hot dogs on paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
Thread hot dogs onto skewers leaving 2-inches at the top of each skewer. Wrap each hot dog in cut crescent dough. Roll in a spiral from bottom to top. Pinch dough around the top of each hot dog and cut off any excess dough. Place each hot dog on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10–13 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
While the hot dogs are baking, place half the bag of star tater tots in the preheated air fryer. Set the baking temp to 400°F. Bake for 12–13 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the baking. Season with salt or your favorite seasoning.
Place one golden crispy brown tater tot star on the top of each hot dog skewer. Serve while warm.
