Ingredients

  • 1 10.3 ounce package Hebrew National All Beef Franks
  • 1 8 ounce package-1 sheet Pillsbury Crescent Dough
  • ½ 28 ounce package Ore-Ida Star Tater Tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the Air Fryer for Tater Tots.
  • Cut crescent roll dough into seven ½-inch thick lengthwise strips. Place hot dogs on paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
  • Thread hot dogs onto skewers leaving 2-inches at the top of each skewer. Wrap each hot dog in cut crescent dough. Roll in a spiral from bottom to top. Pinch dough around the top of each hot dog and cut off any excess dough. Place each hot dog on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10–13 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
  • While the hot dogs are baking, place half the bag of star tater tots in the preheated air fryer. Set the baking temp to 400°F. Bake for 12–13 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the baking. Season with salt or your favorite seasoning.
  • Place one golden crispy brown tater tot star on the top of each hot dog skewer. Serve while warm.
