Ingredients
  

  • 1 10.5 ounce cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper sauce (such as FranksRed) (optional)
  • 1 tsp black pepper plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 30-oz. package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken chopped
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • 6 slices bacon crisped-cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together condensed soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, hot sauce, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix until combined.
  • Stir in hash browns, chicken, 1 cup of cheese, and bacon.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  • Bake, covered, until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes. Uncover; bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes, then garnish with a scoop of sour cream, green onions, bacon, and pepper. Serve with additional sour cream.
