Sausage Biscuit Uncrustables
Fluffy refrigerator biscuits stuffed with a savory, precooked sausage patty and oozy melted cheese, all nestled together in a delightful handheld delight.

- 2 Sausage Patties, Frozen, Pre-cooked, Cut into fourths
- 2 Slices, Colby Jack Cheese, Cut into fourths
- 2 Slices, Pepper Jack Cheese, Cut into fourths
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
Preheat oven to 375° (F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Set aside.
Separate each biscuit into two halves. Gently flatten the dough out slightly. On the bottom half of each biscuit, layer one-quarter slice of Colby cheese, one-quarter of a sausage patty, and one-quarter of pepper jack cheese on top.
Place the top on each biscuit, gently pulling the dough over the top of the fillings and pressing the top half into the bottom half by pinching the edges as you go around each biscuit.
Place the stuffed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet pan. Brush the top of each biscuit with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (Optional).
Place in preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool slightly and serve. Store any leftovers in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator. Reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds on high.
