I’m not a fan of the time change every Spring and this year is no exception! I am, however a HUGE fan of Chicken Cordon Bleu. I’m an even bigger fan of this recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu! It’s super easy to make and SO delicious! Chicken breasts are layered with ham and Swiss cheese and topped with a crispy golden bread crumb crust and topped with the BEST Parmesan-Dijon Cream sauce.
