It’s filling and flavorful tender chunks of chicken thigh meat served over steamed white rice. You can add vegetables to it or serve it plain.
I did it! I went over to the dark side! I took a perfectly innocent head of Cauliflower and turned it into the most AMAZING veggie and ham Fried Rice and topped it off with rich flavorful boneless skinless chicken thighs.I only have one thing to say… “This is Cauliflower?!!!” It’s gonna rock your socks my friends!
