I love this time of year…I truly do…but I think we can all get burned out on Chili, Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, and all things pumpkin spice. We still crave comfort food, and filling hot dishes…we just yearn for something different. I know I do. Which was why I looked at the container of Ricotta cheese sitting in my refrigerator and thought “I’ve got something big planned for you little buddy! No red sauce tonight.
