I made Irish Soda Bread for St. Patrick’s day. It was amazing! I couldn’t get over how tender, moist, and high that bread rose for an unleavened loaf of bread! That stunning loaf of bread led to a dream! A skillet full of golden mile high blueberry lemon rustic muffins drizzled with a fresh lemon glaze! Wouldn’t that be splendid? I just love when dreams come true!
