Stepping back to the early 60’s today with this retro dish! Crispy Parmesan Oven Fried Chicken is a long time family favorite. It’s quick, easy, with simple ingredients, and can be made with any type of chicken. Boneless-skinless or bone-in with the skin. It’s up to you and what you know the chicks at your nest will like best. I love that this recipe has been around for generations and is still as good as it gets!
