This easy-to-make recipe combines the irresistible crunch of golden-brown crescent roll dough with the savory goodness of crispy chicken nuggets with a delicious honey butter glaze.

Hi Friends! Looking for a quick, family-friendly snack that will bring smiles to everyone around the table, these Honey Chicken Nuggets in a Blanket are just what you need!
Using store-bought crescent roll dough and frozen chicken nuggets, you can whip up a warm, golden, flaky snack with minimal effort. Each nugget is tucked into a buttery crescent blanket, baked until perfectly crisp, then brushed with sweet honey for that irresistible touch of sticky goodness.
Perfect for game day, family movie night, after-school snacks, kids’ lunch, or a simple finger-food dinner, these nuggets in a blanket are sure to become a favorite after the first bite! My family was instantly hooked on this delicious finger food!
Ingredients
- 20 frozen chicken nuggets, slightly thawed – I like to use Just Bare Chicken Nuggets or the Costco brand.
- 8-ounce can of crescent rolls, or crescent roll sheet – each crescent roll is cut into three triangles.
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

How To Make Chicken Nuggets in a Blanket
Preheat oven to 375°(F). Line a large baking sheet, 11×17, with parchment paper, or a silicone baking liner.
Using a pizza cutter, on a floured surface, cut each crescent roll into three triangles, or cut a crescent dough sheet in half-length wise and cut each half into 10 individual triangles.

Gather your ingredients to make assembly easier.

Separate each triangle, place a partially thawed chicken nugget on the large end of the triangle. Roll the crescent dough around the chicken nugget.

Baking Instructions
Place wrapped chicken nuggets, point side down, on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20–25 minutes, until crescent dough is golden brown.
While the chicken nuggets are baking, make the Honey Butter glaze by placing the melted butter in a small bowl. Add honey and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
Using a small pastry brush, brush the top of each chicken in a blanket with honey butter sauce. Don’t be shy about it either! This sauce is WHAT makes this dish outstanding!

Recipe Wrap-Up
Place the honey-coated chicken nuggets on a plate and serve them immediately, while still warm. Thanks to that amazing sticky honey glaze, no dipping sauce is needed.
However, if you live with “dippers”, you can double the honey butter sauce and serve it on the side…or really go crazy and make enough to bathe in! No judgment from me!

I love the cozy and delightful twist on a classic snack, substituting chicken nuggets for little smokie sausages! No one can eat only one. We’ve tried, and failed miserably!
They’re fun, easy, and perfect for family game nights gathered around the table or watching a movie.
