Growing up the only taco I knew was the “ground beef” taco! While I still love them it’s so much more fun to eat the “grown-up” tacos of the present day! Like these AMAZING flavorful, juicy, and tender Shrimp Tacos on a bed of colorful cabbage mix and topped with a lovely Cilantro Avocado Lime Crema Sauce! Yep…sometimes adulting is FUN! Sometimes… lol

A year ago I discovered I had a secret Quiche lover living at my house. You’ll never believe who it was? I’m still in shock! So just to test if they truly were as much a Quiche lover as they claimed to be…I made this ultra delicious loaded vegetable Quiche. Three slices later it…yup…it passed the test!
