I’ve been dying to make this salad and share it with y’all! It’s my very favorite Fall salad and it’s out of this world! Tangy blue cheese, fruity sliced pears, creamy avocado, and crunchy candied pecans are all pulled together with an amazing mustard garlic vinaigrette dressing! If your mouth has been looking for a flavor explosion this is it! It’s so easy to make and so impressive to serve. I love to serve this salad during the Holidays but, truth be told, it’s great for week day lunch with friends! You will impress everyone when you make this salad…just be sure to invite me over when you do!
